Bipartisan Rally Mounts Against Nevada’s Broken Unemployment System

A huge bipartisan effort is taking over Nevada on May 1st. Citizens on both sides of the fence are coming together to express their immense anger over the Governor and his complete unwillingness to fix DETR, the broken Nevada unemployment system.

To say people are upset, would be an understatement:

After a series of recent fails including a mandatory quarantine that forced most small businesses to close but left large chain stores, franchises, and construction on the stadium open, and restriction of a life saving FDA approved malaria drug for no reason, the frivolous unexplained purchase of not one, but TWO foreign-made private jets for $14 million, and of course the press release for a plan to rep-open that didn’t have an actual plan…to say Governor Steve Sisolak is having an exceptionally bad month, would be an understatement.

The fact that the Governor forced people out of work and they’ve been unable to get through unemployment to get paid for over 6 weeks now seems to have been the final straw though.

Groups planning on showing up to the bipartisan rally include:

Fight For Nevada, who is currently in charge of leading the campaign to recall the Governor.

Political commentator and congressional candidate for district 3 southern Nevada Mindy Robinson, who has been extremely vocal about the Governor infringing an several constitutional rights.

As well as the usual crowd of patriots, Nevada citizens are looking forward to having a bipartisan assembly as all are welcome no matter political affiliation or group. I cannot remember the last time Americans on both sides agreed on an issue worthy of protesting…but it seems the tyrannical and inept Governor’s days are numbered.
