They want to make it so that if there’s less than a 10 year age difference, a convicted sexual predator DOES NOT have to register as a sex offender.
So an 18 year old, can rape an 8 year old….and not have to register as a sex offender. What the actual fuck, California?

I totally disagree with this bill. Should be voted down immediately. Disgusting that if there is say 10 yrs between say 18 yrs old rapping a 8 yr old or 19 yr old rapping 9 yr old will not have to register as a sex offender is disgusting. Anyone rapping or acting in ANY sexual way against anyone needs to be convicted to the FULL extent of the law.

However, I noticed 2 typos you may want to correct: a. In one instance his name appears as Weiner. b. The sentence, “That’s an actual United States Senator.” should be corrected to “That’s an actual California State Senator.”
